Joe Moravsky is one of the best ninjas ever. he's made it to the third stage 4 out of the 5 times he's competed. No other American has even made it to stage three three times. He also has been last man standing in season six and the most recent season, season nine. He also was the captain of the winning team in the second season of Team Ninja Warrior.
Sean Bryan

Sean Bryan had a great second season making it all the way to stage three. He also completed his region's city final course with the fastest time. Sean improved a lot from his first season, in his first season he only made it to city finals before being eliminated, so he went from just another guy who couldn't make it to Vegas to tying for second place overall which is pretty amazing.
Najee Richardson

Najee Richardson has only made it to Mount Midoryiama twice, but he has proven to be one of the most dominant competitors. He tied for second place this most recent season making it all the way to stage three. He was also chosen to be a captain on Team Ninja Warrior the team spinoff series of American Ninja Warrior.
